The short answer: our partners pay us, not you.

Releafly is a lead generation marketplace. When we connect you with a vetted partner from our network and you choose to work with them, that partner pays us a referral fee. You never pay Releafly anything — not now, not ever.

Why does this matter?

Our business model means our incentives are aligned with yours. We only get paid when we make a successful match — so we're motivated to connect you with partners who will actually help you, not just anyone willing to pay us.

Every partner in our network is vetted for licensing, reputation, and performance. We don't work with partners who have poor track records, because bad matches hurt our business too.

How the referral fee works

When you submit your information through Releafly, we share your details with up to 5 vetted partners who match your situation. If you choose to work with one of those partners, they pay us a referral fee — similar to how a real estate agent earns a commission when they connect a buyer and seller.

The referral fee does not affect the price you pay the partner for their services. Partners set their own fees independently of what they pay us.
